More than ever before charities need to be communicating at the ’top of their game’ in order to build and maintain key influencer and decision maker support, maintain income levels and deliver targeted services or support at their grass roots level. Representative bodies too need to ensure that the value of what they deliver for their members is clearly recognized and understood.
